How to use the polishing robot?

1. Turn on the machine and turn on the "emergency stop" button;

2. Adjust the water tank position to properly lock the water tank, record the data of each position, and take a photo of the caliper position (Note: align the drain hole with the center of the turntable);

3. Number the program name and "reset" it to the original position;

4. Adjust the grinding wheel depth, pay attention to adjusting the lower limit position of the sensor and the screw position;

5. "Reset" the existing data, press "Debug Stop", and the "Debug Start" light will turn on. The debugging starts. The steps are as follows:

(1) "Before the grinding wheel", move the grinding wheel forward to an appropriate position;

(2) "Workpiece forward" rotate the workpiece to a certain angle;

(3) "Behind the grinding wheel", move the grinding wheel back to an appropriate position so that the grinding wheel is in close contact with the arc of the water tank.

6. After the debugging is completed, "monitor" the data to check whether there is any abnormal data. If there is, correct it;

7. After the correction is completed, press "Debug Start", the debug start light goes out, and the debugging is completed;" adjust to "Automatic" gear, then "Reset", turn on "Automatic Start", and test polish the sink;

8. Check the polishing effect, make corrections, and complete the debugging.
